The RS232 current loop converter provides
an easy method of converting standard RS232 signals to use in current
loop applications. The unit consists of a small metal case with a DB25
RS232 connector at one end and a 4 way terminal block at the other for
the current loop. The unit has switches enabling the selection of 20/60mA
loop Active and Passive mode for each Tx and Rx signal, and Full / Half
Duplex mode. The unit also has a power LED and comes complete with a 220v
Plug-Top PSU.
